I have a unique background that includes insurance, financial advisor, property management, faculty maintenance, site excavation, plus both commercial and residential construction. I've managed 100+ employees and worked as CFO, Vice President, and Bid specialist for multiple bussing companies. I built and launched a successful veterinary practice. I was also a competitive sport fishing Captain in North and South America for several years.
Most recently, I served as Regional Sales Manager for The Bayco Fastener Company in Easton, MD. I specialized in sales with oversight of various functions within the supply chain, allowing me to collaborate with customers in a way that ensures their satisfaction. I was personally responsible for restructuring the role, growing the territory, and boosting profits. I realized quickly that having someone outside the region handling order fulfillment, purchasing, and logistics was causing significant bottlenecks and limiting what my team could do for their customers. I introduced logistics and purchasing to the position, which was so successful that the model was adopted companywide. I worked directly with suppliers, vendors, and customers to streamline operations and still maintain those connections today.
I am also a dynamic trainer and mentor, having worked independently as a consultant to C-suite leaders, as well as coaching sales teams throughout my career.
